Vancouver

We recently took a trip out to Vancouver for a friend's wedding. What a beautiful city! Even though it rained almost every day, we still had fun exploring the many areas of the city. I'm hoping we will be back someday.

Parents

Hello World! It's been so long since I've posted anything on here, and I really have no good excuse. Well, I do have one. It's been so incredibly hot here, that I was drained of all motivation to go outside and take photos. While I wait for things to cool down, here are a few photos of the parents while they were visiting. The things I make them do....I love you parents!!!!

City Methodist

More than a month ago, I took a trip to Chicago. I was also able to take a trip down to Gary, Indiana to photograph City Methodist church. The cornerstone of the church was laid in 1925, and the church was closed in 1975. After looking a the old photos on this site, I was amazed at the beauty of the church, and equally amazed that through all of its years of neglect, that beauty had been transformed, but still remained.

Mishmash

It's been a while since I blogged, and I knew I had to remedy that. So, I went for a walk, and here is what I came up with. (The last photo is not from my walk, in case it wasn't obvious.)

Mom's Birthday
